SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING RATES

Free worldwide shipping is offered for all orders over US$100 by Kessho Stones’ designated courier. For all orders under US$100 your shipping rate will be automatically calculated at check out after you have submitted your delivery address.

We ship to over 40 countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country or your country is not available in the checkout options, please contact us at simon@kesshostones.com

​*Please note that possible custom and duty charges will occur for some countries. These charges are implemented by the Government Agencies and are under no control of Kessho Stones. If you refuse your package due to unwillingness to pay duties/taxes and your package is returned to us, your shipping charge will not be refunded.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

SHIPPING TIMES & TRACKING

We will ship your order within 3 business days from the purchase date.We can generally ship sooner than that but to due to varying order volumes at different times of the year, processing time may vary. 

For most countries, we will use the most efficient express couriers and average shipping time can vary between 5 to 15 business days.

Please refer to your confirmation email anytime and select “Track my Shipment” to view up-to-date the status of your shipment.



If your package has not arrived after the calculated estimated time or you received missing or incorrect items in your order, please contact us at simon@kesshostones.com. We are happy to help resolve any shipping problems.

In the event that we are unable to supply the product/s in your order due to stock availability, the unavailable item/s will be automatically cancelled, and a refund processed.

*Please note that our warehouse processes orders immediately after they are placed. Changes/cancellations are not possible once orders are processed through our automated system.

**Please note that while the above estimated times reflect the information provided to us by our designated couriers, due to uncontrollable local customs clearance processes and inspections, these estimated times could take longer which is beyond our control. 

*** Please note that there may be customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your respective country. We are unable to fulfil any request to declare your order for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

Government Fees are generally determined by a combination of different factors:

  • The merchandise's country of origin or manufacture

  • The merchandise classification, using a system adopted by the countries that we ship to

  • VAT rates are set by the country to which the order is shipping

Please be aware that if you do not accept these charges after the item has been shipped and the item gets returned to us, you will be responsible for any extra shipping charges incurred.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICIES

EASY RETURNS

 

Each stone and natural minerals are beautiful and unique in pattern and crystalline composure. There are no two identical stoned crystals so please be aware that each item’s appearance can vary from the images shown and they may contain tiny fissures and pits. Our designs and crystal cuts are made to show the beauty of a crystalline structure rather than looking like a perfect glass item. Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal characteristics. Please be aware that our products are hand cut so they will never be completely ‘perfect’

At Kessho, we stand behind our products 100%.  We carry the highest quality crystal products available and we want our customers to have the opportunity to experience them without risk. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, simply return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges). 

 

FAULTY ITEM

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.

 

INCORRECT/DAMAGED ITEMS ON ARRIVAL

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!

REFUND POLICY

Kessho offers a complete refund within 30 days of delivery (excluding return shipping fees). Full refund (less shipping charges) will be processed either by; refunding to credit card used for purchase or refunding PayPal transactions

Please allow within to 3 weeks to receive your refund. This allows us time to receive your product from transit, the time to process your return once we have received and the time to process payment. ​
