The Four elements: Fire, Water, Earth and Air, are the foundation and critical energy force that created and composed everything in life.
By understanding and balancing the elements within us, we achieve abundance and live our most harmonious life.
Fire
Associated with the sun and as a dry element brings everything into light. Fire represents the season of summer. By combining the fire element with others, it creates an expansion effect.
It also associates with the solar plexus chakra, which in balance, helps oneself to understand their self-identity, and inspire on creativity.

Water
Associate with emotions, water is a feminine element.
Water is associated with the season of autumn, sunset, and the cardinal direction to the west, and the colours used to represent the water are blue, gray, silver, and black.
Water rules the soul and resides within the sacral chakra.

Air
The air is associated with the season of spring, dawn, and the cardinal direction to the east and is represented in yellow, blue, white and gray.
It is associated with the mythical sylpha or giant. Air is a powerful and masculine element. The air element is associated with the planet Jupiter.
Air is associated with breathing and life.

Earth
The element of placing feet on the ground. The earth element only comes into power with a combined use with other elements for its effect. When in balance, it helps to bring consistency, perseverance, resistance, responsibility, and firmness to help one to achieve material goals on earth.
