  • Faulty Items
    If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.
  • Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival
    If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!
  • Return and Refunds
    If you are returning your item for a refund or credit note, your product must be sent back to Kessho Stones within 7 days of being received. For items to be refunded, the item must be returned and received in its new and original condition and once it is approved, you will receive a full refund within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds will be returned by the type of payment method in which you made the purchase originally. Once we have processed the refund, it may take several days for the payment portal to process. Please contact your payment portal to find out the exact duration. We will notify you once the refund has been processed from our end
